Q: Does the wrap include the interior door jam?
A: No, the car wrap does not include the interior door jam. However, if you wish to have it wrapped, we offer an ala carte add-on service with additional cost and downtime.
Q: Do I need to wash my vehicle before wrapping?
A: No, you don’t need to worry about washing your vehicle before car wrapping. Our professional team will handle the washing process before commencing the wrapping. We’ll ensure that your car is in tip-top condition before handing it over to you, our valued customer.
Q: Is peeling and bubbling in the wrap common?
A: While it can happen, if you experience any peeling or bubbling in the wrap, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We provide a quick touch-up service, and there will be no charges for it.
Q: Why need Sand or Putty for imperfect surface?
A: Surface imperfections, such as dirt, dust, or uneven surfaces, can show through the vinyl wrap, causing an unsightly appearance. Uneven surface putty, often referred to as filler putty or body filler, is a type of automotive product used to smooth out and repair imperfections on a vehicle’s body or other surfaces.
Q: How long is the warranty period for car wrapping?
A: We offer a warranty of 3 months for any material defects and 1 year for any peeling and bubbling issues. Additionally, small patch-ups are also provided free of charge.
Q: What if my warranty period is over and I require any assistance on it?
A: If your warranty period has expired and you need assistance with your car wrap, you have a couple of options. You may sign up with us for an Extension of warranty, which will provide you with continued coverage for a specified duration beyond the initial warranty period. Alternatively, you can always reach out to our friendly staff for any further assistance or touch-up services, which may be provided at a separate cost.

A: The lifespan of a car wrap depends on various factors. If your car is often parked outdoors, exposure to Singapore’s weather may shorten its lifespan. Additionally, the type of brand you choose matters. For high-quality brand wraps like 3M, Inozetek, Avery Dennison, Hexis, etc., the wrap can last approximately 3-5 years.
