Absolutely. The wrap is actually applied to the vehicle using heat and pressure-sensitive adhesives that can be reactivated and removed by our installers. The removal process is short and does not damage the vehicle. This apply for original factory paint.

Normally, a wrap can stay between 3 to 5 years on the vehicle depending on conditions, care and overall treatment. Parking outdoor and daily expose to UV will shorten the lifespan.

Excessive amounts of time under the sun or other outdoor elements (rain, smog, debris, and road pollutants from passing cars) can degrade the wrap on the roof, trunk lid and hood. These horizontal areas are a magnet for pollutants, which are intensified by UV ray exposure.

We highly recommend NOT to pressure wash the vehicle after installation of the vinyl. Some pressure washers can potentially lift up the vinyl because of improper use of the water pressure.

Hand washing is best. We do offer Ceramic coating from top brand System X & Onyx for easy wash. Do not go for auto car wash as this may damage the vinyl.

No, we will do it for you. This is our standard procedure to clean the surface prior to wrapping.

Absolutely! In fact, the creative design process is our strength at IMPERIAL. Our customers communicate their vision and messaging objectives and we take it from there, providing you with options to choose from.

To streamline the process, customers supply us with their (high resolution) logos, photos, and other supporting images, and we then create the graphics in a format that best fits the vehicle.

No. The material used actually protects your paint-job from minor scratches. Unless there is previous damage or the car has been repainted, vehicle wraps protect paintwork against sun damage, minor abrasions and small stone chips. The vinyl can also be removed after a promotion, or vehicle turnover, leaving the original paintwork in the same condition it was before it was covered.

Absolutely, we have wrapped buildings, windows, storefronts and large machinery. If the surface to wrap has enough adhesion for the vinyl, a wrap is possible.

No, a car wrap is not translucent; you cannot see through it.

Yes, we can easily replace the damaged pieces or panels of your car wrap.

Our vinyl wrapping film can have a gloss, semi-gloss, matte, carbon fibre, metallic, chrome, and brushed steel finishes.

Of course! If you want to add racing stripes or have a chrome hood, our partial wraps service is just for you. Anything less than a full car wrap is considered a partial wrap. For partial wraps, we can use digitally-printed graphics or cut vinyl text and logos, depending on the design you want and your budget.

No. In order to ensure the quality, appearance and durability of your wrap, it is important that a trained and experienced installer performs the installation for you.

Clean bird droppings and difficult stains immediately. Letting them sit for too long will make them harder to remove and may permanently damage the wrap. Soak the affected area for a few minutes with warm, soapy water to loosen the contaminants. Rinse completely and dry with a microfiber cloth.

Wipe off fuel spills immediately, then hand wash the affected area. Letting the spill stay in the wrap too long will degrade the vinyl. A quick wipe with a wet paper towel at a gas station will clean the fuel affected area decently enough until you can get home to do a more thorough job.

Wrap turns brown due to prolonged exposure to acid from pollutants in the air. This is typically a result of neglect and failure to follow the above-mentioned procedures. If you notice brown, discolored, or rust-colored areas on your wrap, it is best to remove the film from your vehicle to prevent damage to the paint beneath it and reapply fresh wrap. Oftentimes it is only necessary to replace the affected panel.
